数字化背景下数字信息、数字技术和数字平台共同促进了由知识性质多元化、知识形态交叠化和知识结构网络化构成的知识转型。处于知识转型中的大学面临着人工智能加剧大学知识生产的主体式微、数字经济捆绑大学知识创新的市场导向、信息技术撼动大学知识传播的垄断地位以及工具理性激化大学知识应用的价值冲突等方面的知识危机。英国《高等教育数字化转型框架》将知识创新、知识开发、知识管理与应用、知识交流与伙伴关系作为高等教育数字化转型的核心内容,为应对数字化背景下大学面临的知识危机作出新的思考。数字化背景下,大学应在时代变革中加强前瞻谋划,在数字环境中提升教育体验,在技术驱动中转换科研范式,在关系网络中促进知识流动。
Abstract:In the context of digitalization, digital information, digital technology and digital platform jointly promote the knowledge transformation which consists of the diversification of knowledge nature, the overlapping of knowledge forms and the networking of knowledge structure. In order to respond to various needs of society, universities in the process of knowledge transformation are facing a knowledge crisis manifested in multiple dimensions: The main body of knowledge production in universities is weakened by artificial intelligence; the market orientation of knowledge innovation in universities is bound by digital economy; the monopolistic position of knowledge transmission in universities is shaken by information technology; and the value conflict of knowledge application in universities is intensified by instrumental rationality. The UK's Framework for Digital Transformation in Higher Education takes knowledge creation and innovation, knowledge development, knowledge management and use, knowledge exchange and partnerships as the core content of digital transformation in higher education, offering new thinking to deal with the knowledge crisis faced by universities under the background of digitalization. In the context of digitalization, universities should strengthen forward-looking planning in the changing times, enhance educational experience in the digital environment, transform scientific research paradigms in a technology-driven age, and promote knowledge flow in the relationship network.
