工作世界中工作具有两重性。有意义工作与无意义工作相辅相成、难以分割。与工作的两重性相对应，教育也具有两重性。教育既要让人成人，也要让人成才。虽然成人与成才并不矛盾，但在通常情况下，为了成人的教育更加关注工作的意义性，而为了成才的教育更加关注工作的功利性。随着生成式人工智能的加速进步，工作世界面临深刻的变革，那些既具有意义性又具有功利性的工作岗位加速流失。为了保障高等教育发展的可持续性，在后工作社会中，我们需要建构新的教育社会契约，重申教育赋予人生以意义的重要性，并基于教育与工作的新型关系，实现高等教育的重新定位。

The world of work has a dual nature. Meaningful work and meaningless work complement each other and are hard to separate. Corresponding to the duality of work, education also has a dual nature. Education aims not only to help people grow into adults but also to help them succeed. While growing up and achieving success are not contradictory, in many cases, education focused on adulthood pays more attention to the meaningfulness of work, whereas education focused on success emphasizes the utility of work. With the rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence, the world of work is facing profound changes, leading to a quick loss of jobs that are both meaningful and utilitarian. To ensure the sustainability of higher education development in a post-work society, we need to construct a new educational social contract, reassert the importance of education in giving life meaning, and based on the new relationship between education and work, reposition higher education.
