在“双一流”高校建设背景下,多校区办学模式成为高校扩容提质及资源优化配置的重要方式。然而,如何有效实现新老校区的空间融合,提升多校区治理效能,仍是当前高校面临的突出问题。研究基于列斐伏尔的空间生产理论,构建了涵盖空间行为、制度结构与文化认同三重维度的空间融合度测度指标体系,深入探讨了江苏省“双一流”高校在多校区融合中的效能差异。通过对迁徙强度、路径连通度、活动重叠度、网络耦合度等多项指标的量化分析,识别出了四类空间组织模式:多中心共生型、主从分工型、新校区反向主导型与职能分异型。研究表明:多中心共生型高校因具备高频次的跨区流动和较高的空间协同效能,在多校区融合中表现最佳;职能分异型高校则因校区间缺乏互动和资源流动,融合效能较低;不同类型高校在多校区扩张过程中还普遍面临空间断裂、资源不重叠与交流有限等共性问题。有鉴于此,论文提出了优化协同机制、推动资源共享以及功能互补等路径,助力高校实现多校区间的深度融合,进而服务于“双一流”建设的高质量发展目标。
Abstract:Against the backdrop of the construction of "Double First-Class" universities, the multi-campus operation model has become an important approach for universities to expand capacity, improve quality, and optimize resource allocation. However, how to effectively achieve spatial integration between new and old campuses and enhance governance efficiency across multiple campuses remains a prominent challenge for universities today. Based on Lefebvre's theory of the production of space, this paper constructs a measurement system for the degree of spatial integration, covering three dimensions: spatial behavior, institutional structure, and cultural identity, and deeply investigates the differences in the integration efficiency of 'Double First-Class' universities in Jiangsu Province with multiple campuses. By quantitatively analyzing multiple indicators such as migration intensity, path connectivity, activity overlap, and network coupling, four types of spatial organization patterns are identified: polycentric symbiotic, master-slave division of labor, new campus reverse-dominant, and functional differentiation. The study shows that polycentric symbiotic universities perform best in multi-campus integration due to their high-frequency cross-campus movement and high spatial coordination efficiency. In contrast, functional differentiation universities have lower integration efficiency due to a lack of interaction and resource flow between campuses. Different types of universities also commonly face issues such as spatial disconnection, non-overlapping resources, and limited communication during multi-campus expansion. In light of this, the paper proposes pathways such as optimizing collaborative mechanisms, promoting resource sharing, and complementing functions to help universities achieve deep integration across multiple campuses, thereby supporting the high-quality development goals of 'Double First-Class' construction.
